The OMNIvision3 is an all surface empty bottle inspection system. It detects objects and flaws in the base, sidewall, finish, and threads of empty bottles. It has an open access design with a fully enclosed machine for light isolation and protection. It has a starwheel design that increases control avoids belt slippage inaccuracies. There is no bottle pitch or spacing requirements needed. It is easily integrated into existing lines with no complex line control requirements.
