Dual Ribbon Blender System
This twin ribbon blender system is set up with an auger infeed and outfeed system. Each blender can blend 2,000kg for a total of 4,000kg working capacity. The product contact is 304SS. The blender operates at 27RPM. Dual screw with self-cleaning, spherical hopper with horizontal mixer to prevent bridging. Spherical hopper (no dead corners), 150L symmetrical hopper. Includes steel platform, feed screw conveyor, discharge conveyor, vibrating screen, ton bag stand, pulse dust collector, feed diverter, and a discharge diverter.
