Bun Line

This bun line was used for 12" sub buns, hot dog buns, kaiser buns, Portuguese buns, dinner rolls, and more. In production, it typically ran 2,500 - 3,000 buns per hour but can run faster depending on the divider feeding the line. This line does not include a dough divider/portioner. Manufactured by Correct Design Bakery Equipment in Canada. The estimated manufacture date is 1990.
