Fed by an Incline conveyor and reciprocating conveyor which ensures all 10 heads are fed with consistent product. This unit has tooling / funnels for 16 oz. and 8 oz. clamshells. No tooling is required for larger boxes. Weigh buckets are fed by conveyor belt feeders and have a dribble gate which closes when nearing the target weight to ensure accurate portioning. A photo eye detects the container on the infeed and will not dump if a container is not in position. Spare belts and scale feed conveyor assemblies are included for quick maintenance and reduced downtime for servicing.
