Pear Line

Line is still in use and will start being dismantled at the end of February 25'. The entire line is broken into two sections: A-line and B-line.

A-Line:

• Van Doren Destacker: 18' L x 5' W frame. Two motors and four photo eyes. 52" L rollers. 7.5HP, 240V, 3 PH, and 60 Hz.
• MAF Dump Tank: 26' L x 5'4" W x 7'4" D. Series USEL001. Water pump - 4" 5 HP.
• MAF Dumper: One electric motor w/ three hydraulic motors. Hydraulic roll-over cage. 35 bin/hr avg.
• AGRI-Tech Elevator: 16' L x 6'8" W frame. 120 rollers - 1.5" Dia, 5'10" W. Three motors, 1" hydraulic pump.
• Brush Bed: 45' L x 7' W frame. 90 brushes, five motors. Three 7.5 HP Agri-Tech Fans.
• Van Doren Propane Dryer: 24' L x 7' W frame. 5' W rollers. Seven fans inside.
• Belt Section (dryer-sorting table): Four belts. 10' L x 6' W frame. Two motors and corner flo belt - 11' L x 5.5' W frame.
• Sorting Table: 17' L x 6' W frame. 5' W rollers. 15 cull chutes.
• Rex-Belt (after sorting table): Three rex belts: Two are 15' L x 2' W, One belt is 10' L x 2' W, One belt is 16' L x 6' W.
• AGRI-Tech Singulator: 10' L x 6'8" W frame. 8 lanes (8 chains), 63 rollers per chain. Three 1HP motors. 6' x 6' brush frame.
• AGRI-Tech Sizer: 8-lane, Nine 3/4HP Motors. 42 crossbelts - 6' L x 1' W belts. 138' L x 6'3" W frame.
• Packing Tubs: 38 packing tubs. 40" Dia. 38 1/10HP Motors.

B-Line:

• Van Doren Destacker: 23 rollers - 4" Dia x 52" L. 5' x 20' frame. Three motors and four photo-eyes. 240V, 3 PH, and 60 Hz.
• Dump Tank: 26' L, 5'4" W, 7'4" D. Series USEL001. 4" Water Pump 5 HP. 203 2" dia rollers, 44" W.
• MAF Dumper: Four motors, 203 rollers. Hydraulic roll-over cage, 35 bin/hr avg.
• AGRI-Tech Elevator: 80" x 120" Frame. 67 rollers 1.5" dia, 5'10" W. Three motors.
• Brush Bed: 37' L, 7'8" W. 88 brushes. Five motors. Three 7.5HP AGRI-Tech fans.
• Van Doren Propane Dryer: 19'6" L, 7' W frame. 190 - 1.5" dia, 6" rollers. Seven fans inside.
