Blisterpack Line

Comes with the following equipment:

• Cognex Vision System - uses cameras and image processing software. These systems capture and analyze two-dimensional images to perform various tasks in production environments, such as inspection, measurement, and identification.

• IMA 3791 Overwrapping Machine - compact microwrapper meeting the requests of great accessibility, easy size changeover, maximum reliability. It is suitable for the single wrapping and bundling of rectangular products on one layer or on several layers.

• IMA FLEXA AAV Cartoner - the cartoning cycle is completely automatic and continuous. The cases are continuously checked in order to guarantee that quality packs are produced by the machine. It can handle the cartoning of bottles (both plastic and glass), cosmetics, jars, inhalers, ampoules, vials and syringes etc. It will open any type of pack smoothly and efficiently, and place it into the conveyor system.

• IMA SwiftLift Tablet Elevator - has been designed to transport product from a floor mounted hopper to a tablet counter, blister packing machine or similar. 100 liter product hopper, vibratory feed system with chip sieve and dust extraction points, single elevator bucket with auto level detection, and a pneumatic bucket lift.

• IMA Winpack TR 135 Blisterpacker - medium production speed blister packaging machine which grants an excellent production reliability together with quick and easy changeover. Width: 30-88 mm. Length: 60-135 mm. Depth: 3-12 mm. Output: up to 230 blisters/min depending on application.

• Ramsey Tecno Europa RXC 5064 Checkweigher - detects the deviations of the nominal weight of a series of similar objects that have been set and calculate the weight trend of the production of the line.

Also includes cabinets with tooling, parts, etc.
