Incus Seed Washing System

This seed washing system was previously used for washing Quinoa and Chia seeds.

Product is fed into a hopper which then feeds into an agitated wash tank. A pump transfers the washed seed onto a vibratory washer with rinse nozzles to provide a final rinse. The rinsed seed is then diverted between two centrifuges which remove most of the residual water and discharges onto a conveyor.

Designed to wash up to 4,000lbs per hour.

Bucket Elevator not included.

The screen on the vibratory washer can be removed and replaced with other sizes for different products if needed.
