Benier Allround Conical Dough Rounder

The Benier Allround conical rounder is a universal machine for rounding of various types of dough: from stiff pizza dough to long pre-fermented high-hydrated soft artisan dough, and suitable for various types of dough consistency in many weight ranges.

Track is adjustable, and along with the cone, is coated with a multi-layered, high quality Teflon. The shape of track allows for soft-touch rounding performance. Special seals between the cone and track reduces chipping. The dough pieces change orientation several times in the track, providing the best rounding effect.
