PurePressure Axis Trichome Separator With Rosin Presses & Filtration Package

The Axis trichome separator system is the latest in solventless processing technology, enabling washers to increase efficiency and throughput. By separating the source of agitation from the vessel, the Axis allows operators to wash in one vessel, while the next one is being filled, pre-soaked, or filtered.

The Axis mimics hand paddle control so the operators can make any type of ice water hash SKU with ease. The joystick paddle controller combined with touchscreen interface, enables operators to create their own custom hash washing recipes, or use factory-tuned pre-loaded ones for true washing consistency.

Throughput: wash filter and collect up to 132 lb (120,000 grams) or more of fresh frozen material per 9 hour shift.

Backwards compatible with 30, 44, and 65 gallon Bruteless hash washing vessels.

The Pikes Peak V2 Rosin Presses produces premium rosin day in and day out.

Output rosin pressing: process up to 3.75 lb of flower per day, or 7+ lbs of sift or hash per day. One Pikes Peak V2 can press 40 or more grams of dry sift or hash at one time, or 20+ grams of flower.

The Commercial Hash Washing Filtration Package complements the Axis trichome separator to scale their ice water hash production to the next level. It utilizes a pneumatic hash pump to gently move trichome-laden water into the filtration vessels. An operator can finish a wash and wheel their Bruteless wash vessel over to the filtration station, meanwhile the next batch is already washing.

Includes all the pumps, hoses, vessels, bags and fittings so you can filter its ice water hash without needing a gravity drain.
