Description
Pama Roma’s patented pasta machine fitted with a special rolling system to obtain a cannelloni (manicotti) similar to hand made.
- Reduced dimensions are the result of the In/Out system that performs the working phase on two parallel tiers. Operations of sheet lamination, die-shaping, cooking in water and cooling are positioned in the lower portion. Filling, forming and cutting take place in the upper portion.
- CN/2000 is stainless steel and aluminum built, for easy handling and easy cleaning.
- The filling and the length of the cut are adjustable, while the cooking time of the sheet in water is about 2 minutes. The width of the sheet at the input is 11".
- Filling is continuous and it is possible to use different kinds of fillings.
