Universal Labelling System

The Universal Labelling System is comprised of the following, from left to right: TA4-Wrap Unit , a metering device that ensures containers are in line before being labelled. Belt: 17.5″L x 4″H Input: 24 V DC | 2 A Powered by a Baldor 0.25 hp industrial motor. SL-2000 Right Hand Wipe-On Labeller applies labels at speeds up to 3,000″ per minute. Input: 110-AC | 5 A | Single Phase Markem Imaje SmartDate X40 , a thermal transfer date coder ENC-9000 Encapsulator , which holds the container in place while rollers apply the label securely. A SmartEye EX Pro Photo Sensor activates the encapsulator. Input: 24 VDC | 2 A Main Control Panel , as well Date Coder Controls. R-322 Conveyor runs from left to right. Modular belt: 119.5″L x 10″W (usable length: 116.25″), overall length with roller sections on both ends: 123.5″ Input 110-AC | 10 A Powered by a Bodine 0.5 hp right angle electric gearmotor. System comes with a bin of extra parts, including an Airjet, which cleans off dust and dirt from container at infeed. Needs compressed air to operate.
