Camurri CB400 Brew Kettles

The Camurri Brauer (brewer) prepares excellent hand-crafted beer from natural products. It extracts sugars better than other similar brewing systems. Consists of two separate 200L kettles (with individual controllers), mounted on one common frame. Total capacity: 400L Kettles use the brew-in-basket (BIAB) method and come with a crane arm for raising/lowering the grain filled baskets. The mixing blade/stirrer is used to ensure even temperatures are maintained, to mix in a grain, and to avoid clumping during the mashing process. Inside dimensions of each kettle: 24.25″ dia x 29″ deep, each basket: 22.75″ dia x 22″ deep, rim: 2.5″ H Max malt bill: 46 kg with 3 L water/kg malt each kettle. PLC controlled for programmable mash or boil profiles. Includes adapter for bluetooth control. Made entirely of AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel. Comes with cross brace for hoist and a scrub brush. Brand new, never used.
